Lauren Creel spent the last seven years as the head coach at Seneca High School in Tabernacle, NJ. Alongside being a head coach, she also ran a successful summer basketball camp for girls and began doing skill development training as well. Creel was also named to the CoSida All-Academic All District team in 2012.

In addition to coaching, Creel spent four years teaching elementary PE in Pennsauken and is now in her seventh year teaching high school health and physical education at Seneca High School.
